To request an account with ShareMed for Request Donation or to use ShareMedSwiss program
features, you must accept (1) the ShareMedSwiss Asociation “Terms of Service “and (2) these
ShareMedSwiss Request Donation “Additional Terms of Service”.

Together, these documents are known as the “Terms”. They establish what you can expect from
us as you use your ShareMed Request Donation account and features, and what we expect from
you.

Although it’s not a part of these Terms, we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to better
understand how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

Age and relationship

You must be above the legal age of majority in your country (or above the age of 18, whichever is
higher) to have a Friends of ShareMed account.

You must be an authorized representative who is able to bind others on behalf of the entity listed
in your ShareMed Request Donation account and nonprofit profile.

Binding others and Administrator Privacy

If your organization’s ShareMed Request Donation account request is approved, you will become
the administrator for your organization’s account. If you later add or approve other users to be
co-administrators of your organization’s account, you must bind those users to these Terms
before adding or approving them as co-administrators.

What we expect from you

In addition to following the rules of conduct in the ShareMedSwiss “Terms and Service”, you
must, when using your organization’s ShareMedSwiss account and nonprofit profile, ensure:

• The information submitted in your organization’s ShareMed Request Donation is true and
  correct and the content in your organization’s nonprofit profile is correct, up to date, and
  complete
• Your organization’s use of ShareMed Request Donation complies with its own policies
  and will not negatively impact ShareMedSwiss's current or future ability to partner with
  your organization
• You will use Friend of ShareMed account legally in line with the Law and ShareMed Swiss mission, values and goals.
• Your organization does not discriminate against any person or group of people in either
  hiring/employment practices or in the administration of programs and services

Use of your nonprofit profile

You agree that if you include content in your organization’s nonprofit profile, the request donation
content you provide may be used in other donating products. 

Access

By participating in ShareMed Request Donation or using its features, you authorize
ShareMedSwiss to access your organization’s account, including your organization’s nonprofit
profile, to verify and help you manage your organization’s account and information provided
about your organization.
